Time-out facility (24h, 7d, 30d, 6w)

Requirement

Licensees must make available to customers a facility for taking positive action to restrict their gambling, including the option of a time-out for 24 hours, one week, one month, and up to 6 weeks. The time-out must be applied without delay.

Remediation guidance

Expose 4 time-out options in account settings; enforce in PAM gateway.
