How this works
Every record anchors a staff_training_attested claim in the evidence ledger — the SHA-256 of the training completion data is chained immutably to your tenant's posture root. A worker tick scans expiry dates daily and surfaces expired records as Findings with severity medium on STAFF.TRAINING (auto-routed by org-unit). Bulk-CSV import is a backlog item — for now, log one at a time via the drawer.
